Banquet

The entry deadline has come and gone, but you still have some time to get your banquet tickets! Tickets paid for before May 14 are $28 per person (half price for children 11 and under). After May 14th, the $4.00 per person subsidy by T.O.A.D. and the City of Kamloops will not be available, and the ticket price will rise to $32.00 per person - BUT ticket availability is not guaranteed after May 14th. To purchase tickets now, send your cheque or money order (payable to the Thompson Okanogan Agility District) to T. O'Brien, 1343 Schubert Drive, Kamloops, B.C. V2B 2G9. Please include a short note listing your name, address, contact number and e-mail address. Sorry, there will be no reservations, but each round table seats 10 people. The Regionals Banquet will be on Saturday, May 28th at 7:00 p.m. at Colombo Hall on Lorne Street.

We've chosen the best banquet hall in Kamloops for this event; they have a reputation for superb food and service. The buffet menu includes items for vegetarian/restricted diets. Here is the mouthwatering menu:
  • AAA Inside Round of Beef
  • Vegetarian Lasagna
  • Herb Roasted Chicken
  • Oven Roasted Vegetable Melange
  • Roast Potato
  • Antipasto Platters including marinated grilled vegetables, mushrooms, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, cheese and sliced meats
  • House Green Salad
  • Caesar Salad
  • Spinach Salad with oranges/red onions
  • A delicious dessert such as Chocolate Truffle Mousse served at the table
  • Coffee or tea served at the table
In addition, there will be a Specialty Coffee Bar where cappucinos, etc. will be available for a $2.00 charge; and a cash bar where drinks will be $3.50.

The plan is for open seating (no reservations) and tables seat 10 people. Tickets are $28.00 per person until May 14th and include the buffet dinner, dessert/coffee/tea served at the table, surprise entertainment over the evening, and a chance to win a table centrepiece or a gift pack of special "Limited Vintage" BC-Yukon Regional Agility Championships 2005 wines.
